User-experience issues in the existing video conferencing software, when young students use it, because the current video conferencing software is intended for an older audience
Due to COVID-19, many Pre-K students started their educational journey remotely on touch-sensitive Tablets in courses taught through live video conferencing.
Discovering Issues
Buttons to close or small, difficult for younger users to push
Users
Hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills are often not well developed yet in this age group, leading to aiming and pressing the incorrect button
Buttons looks similar, and young student often don’t know how to read yet.
